Returns

We pride ourselves on the quality of both our products and customer service. However, if your item arrives faulty or damaged please contact us within ten days to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

In order for us to process a refund, the item must be returned unopened in its original packaging (unless the product is faulty). Postage costs will only be refunded for faulty or incorrect items.
